Donna Buss completed a 22 year career as a Navy and civilian critical care nurse in 2000 and welcomed a new opportunity to pursue her love of computers and property management.  With multiple military moves, she decided to manage her personal properties as an owner/operator.  This decision consequently led to a professional property management position in a California real estate office.  She discovered the Tenant Pro software product line in this job and a new career was born.

For the past several years, Mrs. Buss has conducted nationwide Tenant Pro software education and training, enabling strategic decision making for a significant number of property management customers. Her success as a trainer is a direct result of her comprehension of the data migration and daily processing from Tenant Pro 5.0 to the current product of Tenant Pro 7. She has guided clients through numerous workshops and has provided the real estate brokers with a clear and concise picture of Trust accounting.
